A beauty box holds several finished products, and each has its own lot, its own expiry date and its own handling needs. Most of the work happens at the packing bench, well before the box reaches a carrier.
Beauty subscription box and sample-kit fulfillment means putting finished, sealed skincare products together into a monthly box or a sample kit, then picking, packing and shipping it with heat in mind. We check each dated component against its expiry, and every assembled kit is scanned against its bill of materials before it ships.

Take a box with a serum, a moisturizer and two sachet samples. Building it means four picks and four expiry checks, and then the finished kit is checked against its bill of materials. Each of those four products came in with its own lot and its own expiry date, and each may need handling of its own. Shipping only starts once all of that is done.
Kitting mistakes tend to be a component left out, the wrong variant swapped in, or a sample close to expiry packed into a box nobody will open for three weeks. The subscriber finds each one when they open the box, and beauty buyers count the unboxing as part of what they paid for. We build each box from its bill of materials, picking every component, checking each dated one against its expiry, and scanning the kit against the list as it comes together. That is the kitting side of our cosmeceutical fulfillment work.
