Engagement & Bridal Ring Fulfillment

Updated October 2026

An engagement ring is often the most valuable piece a jewelry brand ships. It comes in several metals and a long run of sizes, and someone is counting on it for one particular day.

When we ship an engagement or bridal ring, we take care of:

  • picking the right metal and ring size, confirmed by a barcode scan
  • packing in plain outer packaging that doesn't identify the contents
  • shipping with a signature, at a declared value that fits the carrier's limits
  • presenting the ring ready to give
  • receiving returned rings against their original order and restocking them
  • handing each parcel to the carrier, where our custody of it ends

Why rings are different

Why a bridal ring needs more care than most orders

Most orders can survive a small slip. An engagement ring can't. It often carries the highest unit value in a jewelry catalog. It comes in a grid of metals and sizes, and the wrong one is obvious the moment the box opens. It's also bought for a proposal or a wedding, so a late or wrong delivery spoils the occasion itself.

We handle each of those risks in its own way, from the barcode scan at the shelf to plain packaging and a signature at the door. Bridal also brings its own kinds of returns, and those get their own steps, set out below.
