1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

1.1 Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords and security data, and payment information.

1.3 Visitor Tracking and Attribution

We collect and process visitor behavior data for marketing attribution and analytics purposes. This includes:

• Browser fingerprinting data (canvas fingerprint, screen resolution, timezone)

This data is processed server-side through Cloudflare Workers and retained indefinitely based on our legitimate business interest in marketing attribution, customer relationship management, and sales cycle analysis. Browser fingerprinting is used solely to identify unique visitors across sessions for accurate attribution analysis. All data is pseudonymous until a visitor voluntarily provides personal information such as an email address.

We use browser fingerprinting and unique visitor identifiers to recognize visitors across multiple browsing sessions and devices. This allows us to understand the complete customer journey before conversion, attribute leads who contact us via phone or email to their prior website visits, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns over time. This tracking occurs automatically when you visit our website and is based on technical characteristics of your device and browser. While we attempt to recognize returning visitors, this tracking is not 100% accurate and may occasionally misidentify visitors.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below. This processing is based on our legitimate business interest in understanding marketing performance and improving our services.
• For other Business purposes. We may use your information for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing and your experience. We may use and store this information in aggregated and anonymized form so that it is not associated with individual end users and does not include personal information. • Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with trusted third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the Services, which will enable them to collect data about how you interact with the Services overtime. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. Unless described in this Policy, we do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

We share visitor data with the following third-party service providers:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (data processing and storage infrastructure)
• HubSpot, Inc. (customer relationship management and contact database)
• Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 for website analytics)

These providers process data on our behalf under contractual data processing agreements. Anonymous visitor data may be transmitted to these services before a user provides personal information such as email address.

• Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• Third-Party Advertisers. We may use trusted third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Services. These companies may use information about your visits to our Website(s) and other websites that are contained in web cookies and other tracking technologies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for their own marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own use.
• Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this privacy policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we controller that are under common control with us.

Yes. We use cookies, localStorage, and similar technologies to store visitor identifiers and session data. Specifically:

• Visitor ID (unique identifier stored in localStorage/cookies indefinitely)
• Session ID (unique identifier for each browsing session)
• Attribution parameters (UTM codes from marketing campaigns)

These identifiers allow us to track visitor behavior across multiple sessions for attribution purposes. While we use browser storage, the primary data processing occurs server-side and visitor data is retained indefinitely to support accurate attribution across our extended sales cycles.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.

5. DO WE USE GOOGLE MAPS?

In Short: Yes, we use Google Maps for the purpose of providing better service.

This website, mobile application, or Facebook application uses Google Maps APIs. You may find the Google Maps APIs Terms of Service here. To better understand Google's Privacy Policy, please refer to this link.

By using our Maps API Implementation, you agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service. You agree to allow us to obtain or cache your location. You may revoke your consent at anytime. We use information about location in conjunction with data from other data providers.

6. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?

In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, our websites.

The Services may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

7.1 Anonymous Visitor Data

We retain anonymous visitor tracking data (visitor IDs, session data, page views, attribution parameters) indefinitely based on our legitimate business interest in marketing attribution and customer relationship management. This data remains pseudonymous (identified only by visitor_id) until you voluntarily provide personal information such as an email address. You may request deletion of your visitor data at any time by contacting us at info@fulfillment.com. All visitor data is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.

7.2 Personal Information

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Based on the laws of some countries, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. 10.3 Right to Data Portability

10.4 Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal information in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or object to processing. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@fulfillment.com.

10.5 Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your visitor tracking data by contacting us at info@fulfillment.com with the subject line 'Delete Visitor Data'. Please include your visitor ID (if known) or the approximate dates of your visits and any other identifying information. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

10.6 Cookies and Browser Settings

Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

12. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.

13. PRIVACY RIGHTS OUTSIDE OF THE US

Registration Information, Account Data, information, Personal Data, and other data ("Data") is currently stored and processed in the United States. FDC has implemented and will maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures intended to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure of Data. These measures include encryption of Data during transmission to the FDC and encryption of backups of Data and authentication credentials at rest. FDC will use reasonable efforts to promptly notify Account owner of any unauthorized access to, or use of, Data that comes to FDC's attention. You must immediately notify FDC of any suspected security breach at info@fulfillment.com followed by contacting FDC's customer support. For purposes of Processing Personal Data originating from the European Economic Area, FDC agrees to incorporate a Data Processing Agreement, whereby Customer is the deemed the Data Controller and FDC is the Data Processor.

For visitors from the European Economic Area: Our visitor tracking system processes data based on legitimate business interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for analytics and marketing attribution purposes. Our legitimate interests include:

• Understanding which marketing channels generate leads and customers
• Attributing leads who contact us via phone or email to their prior website research
• Analyzing customer journeys to improve our website and services
• Measuring return on marketing investment

This processing occurs server-side and involves automated decision-making to identify unique visitors and attribute conversions. The data is retained indefinitely because our B2B sales cycles can extend over many months or years, and accurate attribution requires matching current leads to historical visits. IP addresses and browser fingerprints are processed as pseudonymous data and are not linked to personal information unless you voluntarily provide it. You have the right to object to this processing at any time by contacting info@fulfillment.com, and we will delete your visitor data within 30 days.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of your personal information violates applicable data protection laws.

14. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?

In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
