Fulfillment.com, a D&H company

For co-packers and contract manufacturers

Be the fulfillment partner your clients thank you for recommending.

Fulfillment.com is the vertically integrated 3PL that co-packers and contract manufacturers recommend, so your clients get end-to-end DTC fulfillment without you building a warehouse. You make it, we fulfill it, and the relationship stays yours.

The division of labor

You make it. We fulfill it. No overlap.

Manufacturing a product and fulfilling its DTC orders are different disciplines. We're the fulfillment specialist, not a manufacturing rival, so you can stand behind the recommendation without handing a competitor your client.

You make it

The maker makes it

Your competency is the product: you formulate, fill, and primary-pack the finished, labeled, sealed unit at batch scale. We never touch that work.

We fulfill it

We fulfill it

We receive the finished sealed goods and pick, pack, and ship individual DTC orders across channels, with lot and expiry tracking available where your product calls for it. Fulfillment is our main thing, not a side-line.

No overlap

No overlap, by design

We don't manufacture, fill, bottle, formulate, or primary-pack. We stay a fulfillment specialist, so we're never competing for your work and are safe for you to recommend.

Your client stays yours

We fulfill the orders. You keep the relationship.

Refer a client to us and they stay yours. We only do fulfillment, never manufacturing, so we have nothing to sell them that competes with you. The partnerships team puts our non-solicitation commitment in writing before you join.

The clean handoff

One accountable operator, from your dock to your client's customer

The handoff is a single clean line. When your finished goods enter a facility we operate, one operator owns the work: receive, store, fulfill, and return. No orphaned gap between when a unit is made and when it ships.

  1. Produce and primary-pack

You formulate, fill, and primary-pack the finished good (the bottle, the pouch, the jar, the sealed labeled unit) at batch scale. This is your competency and we never touch it.

  2. Transfer to us

Your finished, sealed goods ship into one of our facilities. They are received, counted into inventory, and put away so nothing sits allocated against goods that aren't yet checked in and shelved. This is the handoff point: responsibility for the goods passes from you to one accountable operator.

  3. Into storage on BestOMS

Goods move through BestOMS (with Deposco as the warehouse system), which supports lot and expiry tracking. Regulated categories each carry their own record-keeping requirements; tell us what your category needs and we will confirm exactly what our process covers before you ship to us.

  4. DTC order fulfillment

We pick, pack, and ship individual DTC orders across channels, run returns, and give your client a portal (BestOMS) to see their orders and inventory.

Supplements, cosmetics, pet food and treats, and certain food and beverage categories each carry their own record-keeping requirements. A clean handoff means less risk of a gap in your own records; tell us what your category requires and we will confirm what our process covers before you ship to us.

Two readers, one clean handoff

What the partnership gives each side

The referral works because it serves both the maker who recommends us and the brand client who is referred in.

To the maker

For the co-packer or contract manufacturer

  • Stickier client relationships: you now offer an end-to-end answer, not just manufacturing.
  • A fulfillment partner you can stand behind without becoming a third-party logistics provider (3PL) yourself, no warehouse to build, no fulfillment labor to hire, no carrier or returns liability to carry.
  • Your client relationship stays yours: the partnerships team confirms our non-solicitation commitment in writing before you join.
  • Scope discipline you can trust: we will never try to sell your client manufacturing, because we don't sell it.

To the brand client

For the brand you refer in

  • A direct handoff from the maker into fulfillment, with no gap between when a product is made and when it ships.
  • One fewer vendor to source cold: the maker's recommendation does the vetting.
  • A vertically integrated 3PL: facilities we operate, run under our own standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervision, not a patchwork of subcontracted sites.
  • A named platform with a live client screen (BestOMS), and fulfillment-side records kept for regulated goods, confirmed against your category's specific requirements before onboarding.

How the work actually runs

The fulfillment your recommendation stands on

When you send a client to us, this is the operation they land in. The platform behind it (BestOMS portal, Deposco warehouse system, Dropstream integrations) is the same stack behind every service we run.

Pick-and-pack accuracy

The right product reaches the right customer. Every pick is scanned against the order at the pick face before it ships, so a mismatch is caught before the box is sealed rather than after your customer opens it. Your referral's brand is on the box, so the check that protects it runs before the label prints.

Dock-to-stock

Your inventory is received, counted into the system, and put away so it can actually be sold, because a pallet has to be checked in and shelved before anything can be allocated against it. Staying in stock is the standard.

Same-day ship

Whether an order placed today ships today comes down to the daily cutoff time it clears before, because your customer's wait starts the second they hit buy.

Questions makers ask about the partnership

Will Fulfillment.com try to sell my clients manufacturing?

No. We're a vertically integrated 3PL: we receive, store, pick, pack, ship, and return finished sealed product, with lot and expiry tracking and kitting available depending on your category. We don't manufacture, fill, bottle, formulate, or primary-pack, and we don't sell it. There's no product line for us to cross-sell your client, which is exactly what makes us safe for you to recommend.

Do I keep my client relationship?

Yes. Your client stays your client: we fulfill the orders, you keep the relationship. The partnerships team will walk you through our non-solicitation commitment in writing before you join.

What does Fulfillment.com handle in the handoff?

The fulfillment side, all of it. You produce and primary-pack; your finished sealed goods transfer into a facility we operate; we store them on BestOMS, with lot and expiry tracking available where your product calls for it, and fulfill individual DTC orders across channels, with returns and order visibility through the BestOMS portal. The handoff is clean: there is no orphaned gap between when a unit is made and when it ships.

How are regulated-goods records kept?

Regulated categories each carry their own record-keeping rules: what has to be captured at receipt, how it is tracked through storage, and what has to be traceable back to an order. We run on BestOMS (with Deposco as the warehouse system), which supports lot and expiry tracking inside facilities we operate. What your category specifically requires, and how our process maps to it, is something we confirm with you per account before you ship to us.

Which maker categories does the channel fit?

Supplement and nutraceutical, cosmetic and cosmeceutical, and pet food and treat makers are the lead fit, with shelf-stable food and beverage co-packers also in scope. Product that needs temperature control for safety requires true cold-chain storage: refrigerated or frozen, controlled at every step from storage through transport. Our facilities are ambient (with air-conditioned space in some locations) and don't provide cold-chain storage, so shelf-stable is the fit here. Tell us your SKUs and we will tell you plainly whether we're the right fit. Each maker category maps to our matching industry overview, which is where the referred brand client lands.

How do referral fees and tiers work?

The program structure rewards referrals that scale with the referred client's growth, keeps your client relationship yours, tiers by partner type and referred volume, and adds co-marketing support so your recommendation carries proof from us. We set the fee basis, tier thresholds, and terms; the partnerships team confirms them with you before you join.

The referral program

A partnership built so your client stays your client.

The program structure is simple: you recommend us, we fulfill, and you keep the relationship. The specific fees, tiers, and terms are set by us and confirmed with you before you join, so the numbers below are held until the partnerships team walks them through with you.

  • Referral rewards that scale with growth

Rewards grow as your referred client grows, so your incentive is aligned with their long-term success with us.

  • Tiers by partner type and volume

A high-volume regulated-goods referrer is a different partner than a few-launches-a-year private-label house. The partnerships team walks you through the tier definitions and what each unlocks.

  • Co-marketing support

Co-branded materials you can show clients, so your recommendation carries our proof without you having to explain fulfillment. The asset list and any terms come from the partnerships team.

Be the partner your clients thank you for the recommendation.

Tell us what you make and the clients you serve, and the partnerships team will walk you through the program. You make it, we fulfill it, and the relationship stays yours.
