A vertically integrated 3PL
One accountable operator, from the moment your inventory lands on our dock to the moment your order goes to the carrier.
We hold care, custody, and control of your goods the whole time they are with us: receiving, storage, pick and pack, and returns when they come back to us. Facilities we operate, our own people, and our own customer success managers, on one named platform, rather than a chain of warehouse subcontractors.
Who we are
Vertically integrated by design, not stitched together by default
Fulfillment.com is a third-party logistics (3PL) operator, a company that runs warehousing and shipping on a brand's behalf, and we fulfill finished, sealed goods for the brands that trust us with them. In North America we do not hand the work off to a network of subcontractors: one accountable operator runs every step, receiving, storage, pick and pack, shipping, returns, and support, on our own facilities, with our own people, on our own platform. Your orders run on that same platform wherever they ship from, with the same team answering for them; at our locations beyond North America, the building itself is run by a vetted partner we hold to that standard.
That is the difference between coordinating fulfillment and operating it. When your product is in our care, there is one chain of accountability for it, not a finger-pointing chain of handoffs between a warehouse vendor, a labor agency, and a support desk that have never met. Care, custody, and control is not a slogan; it is the operating model.

What makes us different
Four reasons one operator beats a chain of warehouse vendors
All four come back to the same thing. We hold care, custody, and control while your goods are with us, so one team answers for the outcome from our dock to the carrier that delivers it.
Care, custody, and control
All of your North American volume runs through facilities we operate, under our own standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervision. We do not hand your inventory to a network of subcontractors with variable quality and no direct accountability. One chain of custody for your product while it is with us, not a chain of handoffs.
An end-to-end execution engine
We execute the whole order lifecycle: receive, store, pick, pack, ship, returns, and support. We operate the warehouses ourselves rather than coordinating someone else's. One operator that owns the outcome, not a coordinator that passes it along.
Proven reach at scale
1-3 day ground reaches 99.77% of the US, running through a multi-node network we operate directly with our own people.
A named platform you log into
BestOMS is the platform you log into: it runs your orders and shows you your inventory in real time. Behind it, Deposco runs the warehouse floor with lot tracking and accuracy control, and Dropstream connects your stores, marketplaces, and retailers' EDI (electronic data interchange) order channels. One system you touch, one accountable operator.
The standard we run to
The Perfect Order
A perfect order is one that arrives on time, complete, with the right product, and with correct documentation. It is the composite that vertical integration is built to support: picks are barcode-verified before they ship, and one operator stays accountable for a miss on our floor instead of a chain of vendors passing it along. When one operator runs every warehouse step, the components stop being separate promises and become a single line of accountability.
Common questions about Fulfillment.com
Is Fulfillment.com a 3PL or a 4PL?
A vertically integrated 3PL. In North America we run the whole order lifecycle ourselves, receiving, storage, pick and pack, shipping, returns, and support, on our own facilities and with our own people, rather than brokering it out to a network of subcontractors. Your orders run on BestOMS wherever they ship from, with the same team and the same live view; at our locations beyond North America, the building itself is run by a vetted partner we hold to that standard.
What does care, custody, and control mean?
It means one accountable operator answers for your product at every step it is with us: received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped on facilities we operate, under our own standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervision, rather than handed to a network of subcontractors. One chain of accountability for your inventory, not a finger-pointing chain of handoffs.
