Services / Technology + portal
One platform runs every service, and one login shows you all of it.
Every service in the catalog runs on the same platform: BestOMS for orders and your portal, with Deposco (the warehouse engine) and Dropstream (integrations) behind it. Fulfillment.com runs the platform on its own facilities with our own team, so breadth never means a tangle of disconnected tools.
What it is
The platform that runs the catalog, and the portal that shows it to you
When fulfillment is split across subcontractors, you stitch together a console for each one. We run one platform across every step, so there is one place the orders flow through and one login that shows you the truth.
The technology layer is the platform from a service angle: the portal you log in to, and BestOMS underneath it that runs every other service in the catalog, with Deposco and Dropstream behind it. You see live order and inventory status in real time, because we run receiving, picking, and routing on that same system of record, not a separate one for the floor.
One operator handles your goods and runs the platform that tracks them, so the order feed in your portal and the work on the floor draw from the same record instead of two systems that have to be reconciled. It's worth asking any third-party logistics provider (3PL) you evaluate a simple but crucial question. Do their warehouse management system (WMS) and their portal share one record, or two that can drift apart?
This page is the service-angle summary. For the platform in depth, see the full Technology page.
One platform, every service
Every service in the catalog runs on one platform, BestOMS
Breadth never means a different tool per service: BestOMS runs orders and your portal, with Deposco (the warehouse engine) and Dropstream (integrations) behind it, behind every service alike.
That single platform is why receiving, pick and pack, lot control, marketplace, and omnichannel all report into one order feed and one stock position, not a console per subcontractor.
The full Technology page details BestOMS (with Deposco and Dropstream behind it), the integration layer, and the reporting it gives you. This page stays on what it means for you as a service: one login, one source of truth.
Your portal
One login to live order and inventory status.
The portal is your view into BestOMS, the same platform we use to manage orders and inventory. You see what is in stock, where it is, and where every order stands, across every channel, from one place.
- Live order status across every channel, from one login
- Real-time inventory across the multi-node network, one stock position
- Visibility into the same platform, BestOMS, that manages your orders and inventory

Where it connects
The full platform, and the services that run on it
The Technology page goes deep on the platform; the service sub-pages show it doing the work. Here is where it connects across the catalog.

The platform in depth: BestOMS (with Deposco and Dropstream behind it), the portal, lot and first-expired, first-out (FEFO) enforcement via Deposco, and how it all fits together.
Lot, expiration & rotation control
Deposco enforces FEFO and lot control, the mechanism behind first-expired, first-out rotation for dated goods.
Omnichannel fulfillment
One stock position in Deposco serves every channel, and BestOMS routes each order to the nearest node.
Marketplace fulfillment
Marketplace orders integrate through Dropstream into BestOMS, from the same inventory pool that serves direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.

Questions about the platform and the portal
What platform does Fulfillment.com run on?
One platform: BestOMS runs your orders and your portal, with Deposco (the warehouse engine) and Dropstream (integrations and connectors) behind it. Every service in the catalog runs on the same platform, so breadth never means a different tool per service. The full Technology page covers the platform in depth.
What is the portal, and what do I see in it?
The portal is your login to BestOMS. You see live order status and real-time inventory across the multi-node network, from one place, across every channel you sell on. BestOMS is the same platform we use to manage orders and inventory; the portal is your window into it.
Do I get a single login, or one per channel?
One. Because DTC, marketplace, and retail orders are served from one inventory pool in Deposco and managed in BestOMS, you see one stock position and one order feed across channels, not a separate console per channel.
How do my store and marketplaces connect to Fulfillment.com?
Through Dropstream, the integration layer. Your storefronts, marketplaces, and retailer systems connect there, so orders flow into BestOMS and status flows back out to your channels. The specific connectors and any electronic data interchange (EDI) scope are confirmed for your channels when you request a quote.
Is the technology its own product, or part of the service?
It is the platform that runs the service. We are a third-party logistics provider (3PL): the value is finished sealed product received, stored, picked, packed, shipped, kitted, and returned by us, and the platform is how we run the work and show it to you. For the platform in depth, see the full Technology page.
