It spans parcel, LTL (less-than-truckload, freight that shares a trailer with other shipments), and FTL (full truckload, one trailer dedicated to your shipment), modes that are typically split across separate providers with separate carrier networks and rate structures, since a small-package carrier and a heavy-freight carrier run different systems. Coordinating that split usually means a seller manages a parcel provider and a freight provider separately; here, one team covers both.
Carrier management sits inside our fulfillment operation, which keeps freight with the same team that picks and packs your order instead of adding a second point of contact between the warehouse and the carrier.
