Marketplace fulfillment
Sell on the marketplaces, ship from the same inventory pool as everything else.
Marketplace orders integrate through Dropstream into BestOMS and fulfill from the same stock position that serves your DTC and retail channels, on nodes we operate. Selling on Amazon? We prep your FBA inbound too.
What it is
Marketplace fulfillment, run from the same stock as your DTC store
Marketplace fulfillment is selling across the marketplaces and shipping those orders from Fulfillment.com without holding a separate pile of inventory for each one. A marketplace sale flows into the same order pipeline as your own store, picks from the same stock position, and ships from the node closest to your customer.
We run it, not a subcontractor. Marketplace orders ship from nodes we operate, with our own people, alongside your DTC and retail orders, so one operator answers for every channel rather than handing your product between a storage provider and a separate prep vendor.
How we do it
Connected, pooled, and shipped on one platform
Marketplace orders integrate through Dropstream into BestOMS and pick from one stock position in Deposco, so adding a marketplace does not mean siloing inventory or re-platforming.
Connected through one integration layer
Marketplace orders integrate through Dropstream (our marketplace connector) into BestOMS (our order management system), so a sale on a marketplace flows into the same order pipeline as your DTC store, with one place to watch every channel.
Fulfilled from one inventory pool
Marketplace orders pick from the same stock position in Deposco (our inventory platform) that serves your DTC and retail channels. You do not silo a separate pile of inventory per marketplace.
Run on our nodes
Merchant-fulfilled marketplace orders ship from nodes we operate, barcode-verified and routed to the node closest to your customer, the same as every other order.
Amazon FBA prep on the same pool
Units bound for Amazon are labeled, bagged, and boxed to Amazon's inbound requirements on the same floor that picks your DTC orders, out of the same stock position. No separate prep vendor in the middle. See Amazon FBA prep for the steps we run.
Amazon FBA prep runs today, inside your fulfillment account. Two things on this page are not standing, site-wide capabilities: the connector status for a specific marketplace (Walmart and TikTok Shop, for example), which we check against your channels, and Seller-Fulfilled Prime, which we do not run. Ask about either when you request a quote and you will get a straight answer.

Questions buyers ask about marketplace fulfillment
Which marketplaces does Fulfillment.com fulfill?
Marketplace orders integrate through Dropstream (our marketplace connector) into BestOMS (our order management system) and fulfill from the same inventory pool as your DTC store. We confirm the exact connector status for the marketplaces you sell on (for example Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop) for your specific account when you request a quote, rather than assert a fixed list site-wide.
Does my marketplace inventory have to be separate from my DTC stock?
No. Marketplace, DTC, and retail orders all pick from one stock position in Deposco (our inventory platform). That is the point of fulfilling marketplaces alongside your other channels: you hold one pool of finished sealed inventory, and your order management system routes each order to the node closest to your customer regardless of which channel it came from.
Can Fulfillment.com handle Amazon FBA prep?
Yes. FNSKU labeling scan-verified on every sellable unit, polybagging with the suffocation warning, breakpack from case to sellable units, multipack and bundle assembly, and cartons labeled to Amazon's inbound requirements. Prep runs inside your fulfillment account, on the same inventory pool that ships your DTC orders, rather than at a separate prep vendor. The full breakdown, including which of your units probably need no prep at all, is on our Amazon FBA prep page.
What about Seller-Fulfilled Prime?
Seller-Fulfilled Prime lets a seller keep listings Prime-eligible while shipping the orders themselves, against transit-time and on-time delivery requirements Amazon sets and audits closely. It is a demanding program: the bar is on every order, not on an average, and losing it is easier than earning it. It is not a program we run today. If SFP is where your Amazon channel is headed, say so in the quote conversation so we can talk about it honestly.
Is Fulfillment.com a co-packer for marketplace prep?
No. We are a vertically integrated third-party logistics provider (3PL) that handles finished sealed product. Marketplace prep means applying labels, ticketing, and packaging to finished sealed units; it does not mean manufacturing, filling, bottling, or primary-packing product.
Who runs marketplace fulfillment?
We run it. Marketplace orders ship from nodes we operate, with our own people, alongside your DTC and retail orders. You have one operator and one team accountable across every channel, not a marketplace service handed to a separate vendor.
Fulfill every marketplace from one pool.
Tell us which marketplaces you sell on, your product, and your volume, and we'll confirm the connectors that fit your account and put together a custom quote.
