Inventory + warehousing
Your stock, stored across an operated network and visible in real time.
Finished sealed goods held across nodes we operate, tracked as system-of-record inventory in Deposco, and visible to you live in the BestOMS portal. One operator runs the storage, not a subcontractor.
What it is
Storage that behaves like a single source of truth for your inventory.
Inventory and warehousing is the storage and inventory management of your finished sealed goods across the multi-warehouse network Fulfillment.com operates. Your stock is held as system-of-record inventory, distributed close to your customers, and visible to you in real time. We run this step on our own facilities with our own people, from the moment it lands on our dock to the moment it ships, rather than handing it to a subcontractor. It's worth asking any 3PL (third-party logistics provider) you evaluate how many different companies actually touch your inventory along the way.
How we do it
One platform, one operated network, one accountable operator
Every part of the way your inventory is stored traces to our real model: BestOMS as the platform (with Deposco, the warehouse engine, behind it), the operated multi-node footprint, and the BestOMS portal for visibility.
Deposco is the system of record
Every unit in storage is tracked in Deposco, the warehouse system of record, from the moment it is put away. Ask any 3PL how often their system count is reconciled against physical stock and what their variance process looks like.
Distributed across an operated, multi-node network
You can place your stock across nodes we operate rather than one warehouse, so it sits closer to your customers and orders ship from the nearest node.
Real-time visibility in the BestOMS portal
You see live stock levels, locations, and movement through your own login to the BestOMS portal. No emailing for a count, no end-of-day spreadsheet.
One operator, start to finish
Facilities we operate and our own people run your storage, not a subcontractor. Ask any 3PL how many hands your inventory passes through between their dock and your customer's door.
Storage modes
Ambient storage
We provide ambient warehousing for finished sealed goods across the multi-warehouse network we operate, with air-conditioned space in some facilities. Product that needs temperature control for safety needs climate-controlled storage, with temperature and humidity actively managed.
Ambient storage
We provide ambient warehousing for finished sealed goods across the multi-warehouse network we operate, with air-conditioned space in some facilities, positioned to ship close to your customers.
Temperature-sensitive product
Product that needs temperature control for safety requires climate-controlled storage: temperature and humidity managed by HVAC. Tell us your SKUs at quote time and we will confirm what each one needs.
Bonded storage
Customs-bonded storage holds imported goods under duty deferral until they enter the market. We do not run bonded space in our network today; if your cross-border program needs it, raise it early and we can talk through what would be involved.
Product that needs temperature control for safety requires climate-controlled or cold-chain storage. Tell us your SKUs when you request a quote and we will match each one to the handling it needs. Bonded storage, which holds imported goods under duty deferral, is not part of our network today; if your cross-border program needs it, raise it and we can look at what it would involve.
Finished sealed goods only
We store what you sell, not what you make.
We are a vertically integrated 3PL, not a co-packer or manufacturer. We store finished sealed product, ready to pick, pack, and ship. Raw ingredients, components, and bulk material for manufacturing are outside what we handle, and we do not manufacture, fill, bottle, or formulate. Your inventory is the goods you sell, held as system-of-record stock.

Where warehousing fits in the catalog
Storage is one step in one integrated chain. Follow it inbound to receiving, into lot and expiry rotation, out across the network, or down to the platform underneath.
Receiving + inbound
Storage starts at the dock: an inbound appointment, unload, count against the purchase order, inspection, then put-away to a system-of-record location. Each step is where a discrepancy gets caught or missed, which is why the sequence matters more than the square footage.
Lot, expiry + rotation control
Lot, expiry, and rotation control for dated goods held in storage. If your product has shelf life, ask any 3PL exactly how they enforce first-expired-first-out (FEFO) picking, and what stops near-expiry stock from being picked over fresher stock.
The operated network
The multi-node footprint your inventory is distributed across, with the coverage that puts stock closer to your customers.
Technology + portal
The BestOMS portal and the platform, BestOMS (with Deposco and Dropstream behind it), that gives you live inventory visibility.
Questions buyers ask about warehousing
What kind of storage does Fulfillment.com provide?
We provide ambient warehousing for finished sealed goods across the multi-warehouse network we operate, with air-conditioned space in some facilities and real-time visibility in the BestOMS portal. Product that needs temperature control for safety requires climate-controlled storage: temperature and humidity managed by HVAC; tell us your SKUs when you request a quote and we will confirm what each one needs.
How do I see my inventory levels?
Through your own login to the BestOMS portal. You get live stock levels, storage locations, and movement in real time, so you do not have to email for a count or wait on an end-of-day spreadsheet. Deposco is the warehouse system of record underneath, tracking every unit as it moves. A good question for any 3PL is how frequently they cycle-count and reconcile system inventory against the shelf.
Is my stock kept in one warehouse or spread across locations?
Distributed across nodes we operate, not a single warehouse. Inventory can be positioned across more than one warehouse, which puts stock closer to your customers, so orders ship from the nearest node and cut transit zones. You see the unified position across nodes in the portal.
Does Fulfillment.com store raw ingredients or materials for manufacturing?
No. We are a vertically integrated 3PL, not a co-packer or manufacturer. We store finished sealed product: the goods you sell, ready to pick, pack, and ship. Raw ingredients, components, and bulk material for manufacturing are outside what we handle, and we do not manufacture, fill, bottle, or formulate.
Can you handle temperature-sensitive or cold-chain product?
We store shelf-stable finished goods in ambient warehouse space across the multi-warehouse network we operate, with air-conditioned space in some facilities. Product that needs temperature control for safety requires climate-controlled or cold-chain storage: temperature and humidity managed for safety. Tell us what you store when you request a quote and we will confirm what each of your SKUs needs.
